Flu Vaccine Catch-up Clinic

 

 

The E-consent system will re open the day after we have been to your school to immunise for Flu. Anyone who still wishes to consent for flu and was unable to do so previously will then be able to do so. Once they have completed an E-consent form for their child they then need to email us on SHFT.southwesthantsimmunisationteam@nhs.net to make an appointment at our Flu catch up clinic
