Inclusion Support
Our ELSA team is passionate about nurturing and developing the emotional health and mental well-being of our children and young people. We provide a range of interventions, strategies and therapies for pupils with identified SEMH needs in a variety of ways: through small groups and one-to-one sessions covering many topics; that best supports the needs of each individual.
If you have any concerns regarding your child’s well-being, please contact our Inclusion Leader, Mrs Kate Sullivan on 02380 266210.
Our ELSA practitioner is Mrs Amanda Laws.
The Nest
The Nest is a safe environment and place for well-being. This space is a calm and quiet place for relaxation as well as a place for happiness, laughter and fun. This room is invaluable to our school and enables time for children to listen, share, build friendships, problem solve and take time out.
The Nest is used in a variety of ways across our school; inventions, for wellbeing, friendship groups and lunchtime clubs.
