St Swithun Wells is a small, friendly, one-form entry primary school where everyone is known, valued and supported. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and inclusive community, where children enjoy learning and staff enjoy working.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to join us in September 2026. This is a fantastic place to begin your teaching journey, with strong support, guidance and encouragement every step of the way.

Please complete a CES application form and return it to the school office by: Thursday 30th April 2026

Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and we may close the vacancy early if we receive a high number of applications, so early application is encouraged.
