Welcome to Early Years at St Swithun Wells
We are really looking forward to our new Hedgehogs starting school next Monday!!
Hedgehogs Class
Mrs Lord, Mrs Perkins and Mrs Brady
Throughout your child's first year at St Swithun Wells we want them to be happy, feel safe and secure and develop good relationships with adults and children.
We will encourage them to become independent learners who are challenging themselves. We aim for them to develop the skills and understanding that are a foundation for lifelong learning.
We will be:
- Finding out and exploring
- Learning to 'have a go' and keeping trying
- Choosing ways to do things and making links in our learning
- Creating and thinking critically
- Challenging ourselves to 'stretch' our learning
